FAQ

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Rendering the PDF and encoding the JPGs both happen inside your browser, so contracts and personal documents stay on your device. Only the rendering engine (PDF.js) is downloaded the first time.

Which resolution should I pick?

1x (72 DPI) is fine for on-screen previews, 2x (144 DPI) is a good default for most documents, and 3x (216 DPI) suits small print or drawings you need to zoom into. Higher resolutions mean larger files and longer conversion times.

Can I convert PDFs with many pages?

Yes, there is no page limit. Since everything runs in your device's memory, converting a document with hundreds of pages at 3x may be slow or fail on mobile devices. If that happens, try a lower resolution.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

PDFs that require a password to open are not supported at the moment. Remove the password in a PDF viewer, save the file, and try again.

How do I download all pages at once?

The ZIP download bundles every page into a single ZIP file. Download All saves each page's JPG one after another, and your browser may ask whether to allow multiple downloads.
